James Younts is a strategic business development expert with a successful track record of delivering capture solutions and services to Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. James has over 20 years of experience leading business development teams and developing strategies and process improvement goals to win new business and sustain existing business. James has held a variety of business development and sales leadership roles within organizations focused on the federal health sector such as NTT Data, CACI International, and SAIC. James served as a Captain in the United States Army Corps of Engineers and is a combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom 1 with the 82nd Airborne Division.

As Lantana’s Chief Growth Officer, James is focused on driving growth through efficient business development execution as well as providing strategic direction and leadership to ensure revenue and profit goals are met annually.

James is a Distinguished Military Graduate of James Madison University with a BBA in Marketing and also holds a Master of Science in Geology and Geophysics from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
