Thank You for 6+ Years of Trifolia-on-FHIR
After more than six years of serving the FHIR® community, we have decided to retire the public hosting of Trifolia-on-FHIR.
Trifolia-on-FHIR was created as an open-source tool to support the development, authoring, and publishing of FHIR implementation guides (IGs). It provided comprehensive functionality including a profile editor, integration with terminology services like VSAC, import/export capabilities for FHIR resources, permissions management for collaborative work, and simplified publishing through the HL7 FHIR IG Publisher.
Over the years, Trifolia-on-FHIR has played a meaningful role in helping hundreds of projects develop and publish their IGs. We are proud of the contribution it made and grateful to the community of users who embraced the tool and helped shape its evolution.
With the continued maturation of the FHIR standard and its supporting tools, the community now has access to a broader range of specialized resources. After careful consideration, we determined that it is the right time to conclude public hosting of the application.
While we will no longer be maintaining or hosting Trifolia-on-FHIR, the source code will remain freely available to the community under an open-source license at https://github.com/lantanagroup/trifolia-on-fhir for anyone who wishes to deploy or extend it for their own purposes.
We want to thank everyone who used, supported, and contributed to Trifolia-on-FHIR over the years. It has been an honor to be part of the FHIR community's journey.
