Amy Webb is celebrating Public Health Week by attending the Public Health Conference of Iowa. This year's theme is Public Health in Action: Taking on a Pandemic, Health Equity, Natural Disasters and More!

Laura Blum will be speaking at September's Association of Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC) Northern New Jersey (NNJ) chapter meeting. Laura will be presenting on the National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) and Antimicrobial Use and Resistance.

Angela Flanagan and Marla Throckmorton are presenting at the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Oklahoma Chapter (OKHIMSS) Board retreat. HIMSS members include individuals, provider organizations, non-profit partners, and health services organizations, and they provide their expertise on innovation, public policy, research and analytics across the healthcare industry.

Mike Tushan is attending the second part of the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology's (ONC) annual meeting. This part of the annual meeting focuses on networking; exhibit hall; and panel sessions about health IT and health equity, public health, patient access, and health information exchange.
